Lincoln City's assistant manager Iffy Onuora has signed a new one-year contract at Sincil Bank. The 40-year-old former Huddersfield, Sheffield United and Tranmere striker was placed in charge of the first team in March when manager Peter Jackson underwent treatment for throat cancer.
Lincoln chairman Steff Wright told the club's official website: "Iffy has done a fantastic job under difficult circumstances and I'm very pleased to have him on board as he's an important part of the managerial team.
"On a personal level I've thoroughly enjoyed working with him in Peter's absence and will be looking forward to working with both of them in our push for promotion next season."
