Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has warned fans not to believe all the transfer hype surrounding the club - but promises progress is being made in preparation for life in the Premier League.
The latest player to be linked with a move to Molineux is Red Star Belgrade midfielder Nenad Milijas, but Moxey insisted fans should treat summer speculation with caution.
"We're being linked with all and sundry and once again I would remind supporters - until they hear something from us - not to believe the comments and speculation.
"What is happening, however, is a huge amount of work behind the scenes aimed at strengthening the team for the Premier League challenge.
"That is continuing and will continue."

All we need to do is take some of the chances-Alves has missed about thirty absolute sitters for the Boro- they could have been in the Europa league! We don't need the likes of Kenny Miller/ Henri Camara 'we'll miss everything then demand a transfer cos your going down' oh, and you always need some luck, I think Sir Mick is a lucky guy- just a bit worried about 'I'm coming to miss it have an empty net tap in' Hennessey, hope he is encouraged to stay on the line unless he knows he's goona get it next season.

No worries on Wolves spending money big time, not with Jez (the Miser)Moxey in charge of cash flow. By the time he decides its safe to spend there will be only bargain basements has beens available that no other self respecting team wants.
cause having lots of money and expensive players always works, ask Newcastle and Middlesborough, we will see wether brum spending 9M on some unknown who scores goals in an obscure league will help them ... wait until May next year then we can comment
Oh dear!!! You need to buy and buy big or you are as good as down.
