No go Drogba

Fri 03 Jul, 03:22 PM

New Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out allowing striker Didier Drogba to leave.

The Ivory Coast striker, handed a ban by UEFA following his outburst after the Champions League semi-final defeat to Barcelona, has been linked with a move to Inter Milan and reunion with former Blues boss Jose Mourinho.

However, Ancelotti insisted: "Now I have Drogba in my team and he will be staying."

He told Italian Radio Deejay: "I will not sell him to Mourinho."

Elsewhere, striker Andriy Shevchenko is reported to be considering an offer to join his old Ukrainian club Dynamo Kiev.

  3. Chelsea have been winning titles in recent years way before Mr. A. joined us so we don't buy titles. I think the EU, FIFA and UEFA should look into the funding of Real Madrid because it seems they have had state aid direct from the Spanish government and that is illegal under EU law.
