The south coast club have struggled so far this season, winning just once in seven games, leaving OM languishing in the bottom half of the fledgling Ligue 1 table.
Cisse himself was on target at the Parc des Princes on Sunday, opening the scoring before Peguy Luyindula levelled things up for PSG.
And the France international is confident the draw in the capital could represent a turning point in their campaign.
Cisse told the club's official website: "It's good to score, especially like me who loves doing that. We have started to climb the hill a little and took a good point.
"We started well and even in the game put together some nice passages of play. We have to continue and I think you will see a new side of PSG."
