The 27-year-old will now remain with the Seasiders until December 29, although Argyle have inserted a 24-hour recall clause into the deal.

Holloway told the club's official website: "I am delighted. Marcel has come in and done very, very well for us, he has fitted in well to our dressing room and I am sure he is enjoying playing regular first-team football."

Seip has scored two goals in four games since joining Blackpool after being transfer-listed by Plymouth following a fall-out with manager Paul Sturrock.

  1. Injuries apart, one big positive for Blackpool, with regard to its playing personnel, is, that it is more about 'comings than goings.' The manager deserves alot of praise for maintaining this healthy situation. It must be quite stressful at times! New players come in, goals are scored, defensive gaps are shorn up..... etc., etc.
You are giving excellent value, I mean it. Loads of high points already and it's only November. Up the 'Pool!
