Arsene Wenger has no problem with Stan Kroenke's continued investment in Arsenal - so long as it never impacts on the way he runs the team.
"Inside the club, on a daily basis, it does not change anything," the Arsenal boss said. "As long as I am not told I have to change the way I see the vision for the club on the technical side, as long as nobody interferes with that, then I do not see what kind of impact it could have on me."
He added: "I believe I have shown I can manage a club on the technical side - and I have that guarantee at the club, no matter who the owner will be."
Kroenke has increased his holding in Arsenal to 29.6 per cent and is the largest individual shareholder in the Gunners after acquiring 427 shares at £8,500 each from the estate of the British industrialist Ernest Harrison.
Should Kroenke, or indeed anyone else such as second-largest shareholder Alisher Usmanov, reach a figure of 29.9%, they would, under the City's financial regulations, be obliged to launch a formal takeover bid.
However, when the matter of his intentions for the Premier League club were directly questioned during the recent annual general meeting at Emirates Stadium, the American - nicknamed 'Silent Stan' - chose not to take the opportunity to address the gathered shareholders, with chairman Peter Hill-Wood intervening.
Any public statements against future bid intentions must be unambiguous, otherwise the individual or group would, under the Takeover Panel's rule 2.8, be prevented from making a formal move for six months.
While Hill-Wood insisted major changes behind the scenes were not on the agenda, the Arsenal chairman has also suggested he was "very relaxed" about a proposed takeover by the American. The Arsenal Supporters Trust, meanwhile, believe the latest moves do not mean a takeover from Kroenke is imminent.

Recently, I found an age-gap site called ~~~ Agegapmingle--C O M ~~~ It's a nice and free place for Younger Women and Older Men, or Older Women and Younger Men, to interact with each other. Age gap is not problem there. You may check out or tell your friends.
Buy the club if you want, no probs, but let Wenger continue the technical management of the team eg. don't make decisions on which players to buy, etc.
Comment 43 spot on how can a fan that supports a team with black and foreign players be a red neck bnp kkk like this Terry what a @#$% n ignorant its like Leeds united they dont like blacks but look at the colour skin of the players who are scoring for them?/ And they call themselves the Whites,,, lol lets be real if there was a ban on black or foreingners footbal will become as boring as wrestling,,, stop racism and hate its wrong, football is global go on gunners win the title with FRENCH PROFESSOR with MASTERS DEGREE IN ECONOMICS Sir. ARSENE WENGER Gunner4life....
Terry. You clearly are a silly little boy who knows nothing about football or spelling. Robin Van Persie-Not convicted of rape...... That means he was found NOT GUILTY or that HE DIDN'T DO IT. Arsenal have a stable manager whereas Chelski just chuck money at managers to try and get them to win the league. Didn't work last year then did it? I seem to remember an assistant coach of yours (and former player) being CONVICTED of having UNLAWFUL (keyword there silly boy) SEXUAL (gives a further clue silly boy) INTERCOURSE with a 15 year old. With 16 being the age of consent in this country, really makes that person (Mr Rix) a paedophile and a rapist. As far Chelski being the top London club, it took lots of money and lots of years. Arsenal have been fairly consistent and didn't do it with loads of money, thus showing Wenger to be a better manager than nyone your 'team' has ever had. As for the 'French scum' comment...... How many Africans and other nationalities do you have in your side... You are a silly boy.
hope he can get rid of that stadium name, what next a couple of minarets and prayer mates??
There goes a bunch of goonies deluding themselves about winning the title just like they have been doing for five years. Consoling themselves about the weaknesses of there rivals (chelsea ageing and african nations cup, manu not looking totally convincing and liverpool struggling....bla bla bla..). So arsenal are just going to run through the season without problems of there own.
Here is my advice to you goonies; worry about the problems your team could face during the course of the season and stop bothering (or consoling) yourselves about the problems of your rivals. I am sure Mr. Wenger isn't as delusional as you fans are and his only concerns are those of his team.
look wot the yanks have done to this world trhey ruin every thing hope u go same way arsenal haha
if you want to wipe your a** on your rivals google football toilet paper, you can get Celtic, Rangers, Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs, Sunderland, Newcastle, Birmingham and Villa toilet paper
following the rumours of cecs fabregas join barcelona, wenger never sell that player because they need him much and fabregas is same thing too.following his potential,he will never go anywhere.rvp too.dennis bergkamp is rvp idol.so they will never go anywhere.
I think this is good for Arsenal for Kroenke to invest more in the club. I live right now in denver where kroenke owns two teams, and they are very well run and very competetive. kroenke is a great owner and his teams have a lot of success in the states. He is a very classy guy and will not run arsenal into the ground like the other american owners in the league.

just to clarify things about Wenger having 40 mil to invest. First, he does NOT and I will explain why.
Wenger, whenever he buys someone, sells one to make a profit. Last December, as you all recall, we bought Arshavin for aroun 18 mil, then we sell Adebayor for 25 mil, making a profit of 6-7 mil. We sell Toure for 15, buy Vermaelen for 10 - profit of 5 mil. Wenger may be has 10 mil, but that goes to the club I am almost sure.
So, next summer, I regret to say that fellow gunners, we will sell Fabregas for 40 mil, if not then Van Persie for around 30 mil. Pay attention to how Wenger responds to interview questions: he NEVER EVER praises Fabregas, the way he praises Van Persie. He doesn't want to sell Cesc, cause he knows that Ramsey is not ready to take his place, and he does NOT want to buy anyone. He praises Van Persie all the time, cause he wants to lift his price. He was doing the same thing with Adebayor: calling him "the best striker a manager can dream to have". So, I wouldn't be surprised to see either cesc or RVP go this summer.
@ ozone United are hanging on?? Are you serious or just being blinkered by the Arsenal colours.. It's more Arsenal will be hanging on come May.. Arsenal have a good start most times then come January the legs are tired from playing all this pretty football.. Watch out for the wee boys behind you
Guys, with a manager like Arsene, we need not worry about debt or going the Liverpool way, he doesn't need to give the club a wad of cash to go out and buy players, we don't get a whole lot of money now and we do admirably well, despite the few millions we get from the current board. So i woldn't worry about Stan running us to the ground, as long as we have a mentality to develop our players rather than buying or buying quality players for cheap (Arshavin, Vermaelen) we are good. Aston Villa and Sunderland are owned by an American and they are doing fine.

21 relax flut. i think bendtner is a total waster, no control or composure. and his ibrahimovic comments are reason enough to dislike him anyways.
that said, i respect your right to disagree. he has potential and he can't be faulted for effort. time will tell
bobo leave bendtner alone he is still young and actually had a great game before he got injured saturday he played better than arshavin did not saying that I dilike arshavin but he did. If you watch Bendtner for Denmark he is a key player and does a great job for them. Maybe if people like you got off his back a supported him he might repeat his country form for his club.
We dont need investment, Wenger has 40mil to spend if he wants to, thats what the chairman said. Leave Arsenal alone dude, the fans doesnt need a rich fool to make the club great (ie Man City and Chelski) the Arsenal dont buy our silverware, we earn it!
Gooner4life
has a bit of a csi horatio look to him.
i guess he'll have to investigate very thoroughly to find any talent in bendtner!
