Clichy out for Gunners

Arsenal defender Gael Clichy has been ruled out for up to a month with a suspected stress fracture in his back.

Meanwhile, midfielder Tomas Rosicky returns to the squad for Wednesday's Champions League clash against AZ Alkmaar at Emirates Stadium following a knee problem.

Striker Nicklas Bendtner (groin), goalkeeper Lukas Fabianski (thigh), Theo Walcott (knee), Denilson (back) remain sidelined.

  2. Its a blow for us, but i belive gibbs can also deliver,­ he is an interesting youngster.
    I only hope denilson­ come back on time, with diaby fumbling week in week­ out. Go gunners

  3. don't rush clichy back, we need him. we have a good­ back up in gibbs, but clichy is the best and one of­ the best in the premiership. clichy must rest and come­ back 100% fit and ready to go
