In-form Southampton striker Rickie Lambert has his sights set on matching last season's impressive goal tally.
Lambert was League One's joint-top scorer last term with 29 goals for Bristol Rovers, and his brace against Leyton Orient on Saturday took this season's total to 12.
"I'm going to try as hard as I can," he said.
"Obviously I want to score in every game because I feel like I can score in every game at the minute with the team I'm in.
"I've got good players around me so there is no reason why I can't.
"It will be hard because 29 is a lot of goals, but if I get anywhere near that number I'll be happy. If we continue to play as we have been then I will keep getting chances, which suits me."

come on rickie - do the business, its never nice to score against your old team, but remember, your a saint now and saints can be sinners when we need too. COYR
This would be a personal milestone for Lambert, but a massive contribution to Saints cause.
You got my backing for even contemplating a Saints player scoring such a high number of goals, recently anyhow.
