Chester boss Bobby Williamson still has to contend with a host of injury problems as his side look to halt a losing streak against Accrington.Midfield duo Tony Dinning (knee) and Tony Grant (hamstring) remain sidelined, while striker Nathan Lowndes and defender Laurence Wilson are expected to miss out again.

Simon Yeo has joined League Two rivals Bury on loan until the end of the season.

Young defender Sean Newton made his debut at left-back in the 2-0 home defeat to Grimsby on New Year's Day and the 19-year-old is expected to keep his place in the starting XI.

On loan Hull midfielder John Welsh should also continue in the side after making his debut against the Mariners.
