Yeovil have beaten off competition from West Brom to hand youngster Jordan Street a professional contract until the end of the season.The Glovers fought off the attentions of the Championship side to secure the promising 18-year-old's signature.

Boss Russell Slade told the club's official website: "It's another indication of how the club is progressing at all levels and credit must also be given to Under-19 coach Stuart Housley who spotted the potential that Jordan has been showing."
