Ritchie reveals transfer target

Huddersfield manager Andy Ritchie is hoping to draft in a new striker from the Championship as he seeks cover for his injured forwards.Danny Cadamarteri has missed the Terriers' last 10 matches due to tendinitis in his knee, while veteran forward Andy Booth has been nursing a sore back in recent weeks.

Ritchie said: "It depends who is available, but we're looking for another striker - somebody who can play wide as well as down the middle.

"Danny (Cadamarteri) is coming back and he can play that role for us, but for now we only have Luke (Beckett), Jevo (Phil Jevons) and Boothy.

"The lad we are looking at is from the Championship."
