Shaun Wright-Phillips missed England training on Monday evening but could still be available for the friendly against Switzerland on Wednesday.The Chelsea midfielder was rested as a precaution while the rest of the England squad trained at Wembley and medical staff will assess his fitness tomorrow before making a decision.

An FA spokesman confirmed: "Shaun Wright-Phillips did not train at Wembley tonight. He was rested as a precaution and will be assessed tomorrow, but the problem is not thought to be serious."
