Leyton Orient skipper Stephen Purches has praised his colleagues for recent performances which have kept them in the hunt for the play-offs.Purches, 28, is playing the role of veteran in a back four which includes 22-year-old Sam Oji and 21-year-olds Aiden Palmer and Brian Saah.
"I'm like the old man back there, which isn't nice at 28," said the full-back.
"But the young lads are doing really well and it helps when you've got a consistent team playing week in, week out.
"You get an understanding and the talking along the back has got a lot better as we've gone along. We've tightened up there and hopefully it can continue."
