Palermo have set a price tag of £19 million for any clubs interested in signing Brazilian striker Amauri.
The Brazilian has attracted the attention of Liverpool, Manchester United, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Villarreal after scoring 15 goals in 34 appearances for the Sicilian club.
According to club president Maurizio Zamparini, Palermo have already turned down a £17 million bid from an unnamed Spanish club, believed to be Barcelona.
Zamparini accepts that a bid may come in that is too good to refuse, but will not let the 27-year-old leave for less than the club's valuation.
Zamparini said: "A Spanish side offered 22 million euros (£17 million), but I refused.
"For less than 25 million euros (£19 million) we will do nothing, but I think an agreement could be close."
