Alan Pardew could name an unchanged line-up as he takes his faltering Charlton side to fellow play-off hopefuls Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.Madjid Bougherra proved his fitness following a foot injury by playing for Algeria and is pushing for a return, but Pardew should stick with Sam Sodje and Paddy McCarthy at centre-half.
Strikers Svetoslav Todorov, Chris Dickson and Izale McLeod remain long-term absentees with knee injuries but Pardew has an otherwise full squad and may well stick with the side beaten 3-2 in injury time by Wolves last week.
Leroy Lita broke his goal duck and performed well alongside Chris Iwelumo, so Andy Gray and Luke Varney may have to make do with spots on the bench again.
Should Pardew opt to tinker with his side on-loan winger Lee Cook could start after impressing as a second-half substitute against Wolves.
