Birmingham defender Franck Queudrue has joined Liam Ridgewell in being suspended for Saturday's crucial Premier League clash at Wigan.The former Fulham player received a red card for bringing down Benjani Mwaruwari in a goalscoring position during Saturday's 3-1 win over Manchester City. Ridgewell completes a two-game ban for incurring 10 bookings this season.

Martin Taylor and Rafael Schmitz could deputise as centre-backs at the JJB Stadium, although there is the possibility Stephen Kelly could switch into the middle with Stuart Parnaby brought in at right-back.

James McFadden (knee) and Olivier Kapo (hamstring) are unlikely to be considered despite making good progress.
