Shrewsbury manager Paul Simpson will hand late fitness tests to two of his players for the trip to Saltergate to face Chesterfield on Saturday.Striker James Constable is struggling with ankle and knee problems while fellow frontman Andy Cooke is doubtful with a knee injury. However, both will be given every chance to prove their fitness to face the Spireites.
The Shrews have been dealt a further blow with the news midfielder David Hunt has suffered a setback in his comeback after suffering a hip problem having only just recovered from a shoulder complaint. Kelvin Langmead is yet to return to training as he continues to struggle with a knee injury.
