Adam Smith is the only fresh absentee from Chesterfield's squad for the visit of Shrewsbury Town to Saltergate on Saturday. The forward, who missed much of the first half of the season with a knee problem, is sidelined again with a different knee injury and will not be included in manager Lee Richardson's squad.
Top scorer Jack Lester remains sidelined with the broken nose he suffered during the 4-2 home win against Accrington over Easter.
The 26-goal striker is expected to be out for around another 10 days so Steve Fletcher should continue to lead the attack in his absence.
Jamie Ward marked his return to the starting line-up with two goals in a 3-0 win at Dagenham last week and he is likely to partner Fletcher against the Shrews.
Recent signings Colin Hawkins, Graeme Owens and Bruce Dyer will be hoping to make their home debuts.
