Wycombe boss Paul Lambert hailed Delroy Facey after he bagged his first goal for the promotion-chasing Chairboys in the 2-1 win over Bradford.Lambert's men will now face Stockport in the play-offs as they look to finally wave farewell to League Two.
On-loan Facey and Leon Knight bagged the goals for Wycombe, but a Luke Medley penalty just before the break set up a nervy finale for the home side.
"Delroy has been terrific since he arrived and that was the case here, but we can't afford to sign him from Gillingham," said Lambert.
"Delroy is like all the lads, who have been absolutely brilliant all season. They have run through walls for me, given absolutely everything they have got and it's an absolute privilege to manage them.
"One thing is for sure - we will give it everything we have got against Stockport and I am confident going into it, but more importantly, so are the players. It doesn't matter who we are playing next week really, its two games and I hope we can do it."
