Southend boss Steve Tilson is not fazed by facing Doncaster in the play-off semi-finals following a 1-1 draw against relegated Port Vale. The Shrimpers fell behind to David Mulligan's 23rd-minute opener and left it late to haul themselves level as James Walker netted six minutes from time.
Tilson said: "Doncaster are a good footballing side and it will be a tough game. But different sides give you different problems.
"It does not matter who you play in the play-offs as all the teams are pretty even.
"They are four decent teams and if they weren't, then they wouldn't be in the play-offs. It all comes down to putting together a couple of good performances and getting into the final.
"The important thing was not to get beaten and not pick up any injuries to key players. We have managed to do both and that's a plus."
