West Bromwich Albion are as good as promoted, with three points and 12 goals separating them from third-place Hull. But it is not over yet...

Hull City's dramatic win against Crystal Palace means they can still deny Stoke City a place in the top flight if they win their final game and the Potters lose.

Hull and Bristol City are safely installed in the playoffs, while Watford and Crystal Palace hold the other two places. However, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Ipswich Town and Sheffield United could all oust them if they slip up on the final day.

Sheffield Wednesday put Leicester City in deep relegation trouble with their win at the Walker's Stadium but Southampton are still favourites to join Scunthorpe and Colchester in League One.

The Saints drew their game in hand on Monday to move level on points with Leicester, but they trail on goal difference. Coventry City and Blackpool are not out of the woods yet, but Barnsley and Norwich City are safe.
