Preston North End have announced a pre-season friendly at Scottish Premier League outfit Motherwell in July.Alan Irvine will take North End to his native Scotland for a four-day training camp, which will include a fixture against Motherwell at Fir Park on Wednesday, July 30 (kick-off 7.30pm).

Clashes against Chorley, Bamber Bridge, Morecambe, Crewe, Everton and Carlisle have already been arranged, plus two training matches organised against local opposition during a stint in Austria.
