Burnley defender Clarke Carlisle has hailed the influence of manager Owen Coyle following the club's promotion to the Barclays Premier League.
The Clarets are preparing to embark on their first campaign in the top flight for 33 years following their recent play-off final win over Sheffield United.
Coyle has attracted admiring glances from Celtic following his success and Carlisle said: "I just have the utmost respect for the man.
"The confidence that he's instilled in us, the will to win, the belief in our ability and what we can do as a team and as a unit.
"It just builds respect and pride in what he's achieved as a manager and what we've achieved as a group but it's a pleasure to play for him and long may that continue."
