Wigan striker Rachid Bouaouzan admits he would welcome a loan move back to Holland after an unsuccessful first season in the Premier League.The 24-year-old moved to Latics from Sparta Rotterdam last summer but did not make a single first-team appearance.

"I don't have to leave Wigan but for me and for the club it is better if I get playing time," he told AD Sportwereld.

"I've been at Wigan for a season now and it has been a fun and useful experience. But playing in the reserves is not what I want.

"It may be that a loan spell is the best solution. Wigan will co-operate with clubs which are interested and that can also be interesting for Dutch clubs."
