Owen will be good for UTD. Ruud Van Nisterooy was also­ injured before he came to Man U. But SAF brought him­ in. SAF will give Owen confidence again. He is­ dangerous in the box. There weren't any good­ passers at Newcastle, yet he scored more goals than­ Tevez. Agree with William T. Owen will prove to be­ quite good business. Better suited to partner Rooney,­ than Tevez. Besides, his experience will come in­ handy. The young guns, Macheda, Welbeck and hopefully­ Campbell, can certainly learn from his positioning­ sense. From what I have seen in his games at­ Newcastle, Owen does track back a little to help in­ defending. Let's give him a chance.

I think if Michael Owen wants to turn his career around­ then fergie is definitely the man to do it!! I think he­ could prove to be a great, bargain signing for us and­ if he stays fit he could do a very good job for us next­ season
