Mon 04 Aug, 11:45 AM

Norwich forward Arturo Lupoli has set his sights on guiding the Canaries to a "dream" promotion to the Premier League this season. The former Arsenal striker made his debut in the 2-2 draw with Colchester on Saturday after signing on loan from Fiorentina and admits that manager Glenn Roeder was a big factor in his move.

He said: "I felt the manager and the club here really wanted me, and that is why I chose Norwich.

"A club in Italy and one or two others in England also wanted to sign me but I chose Norwich because I really felt it was the right one.

"I prefer English football because it's more the way I like to play so I would like to be here for more than a year.

"Getting to the Premier League with this team would be a dream."

  2. Dear Arturo, I wish you well. You had too many people ahead of you otherwise you could have remained at Arsenal.
