Ospreys v Harlequins - Liberty Stadium (15:05)

Gavin Henson (pictured) starts his second game after returning from a long-term injury and forms a centre partnership with fellow Wales international Sonny Parker.

Mike Phillips is still injured so Rhys Jones starts at scrum-half in a side captained by Wales skipper Ryan Jones.

Harlequins give a number of players their first starts of the season following their impressive midweek win at Worcester.

Tani Fuga is joined by props Aston Croall and Mark Lambert in the front row, James Percival and George Robson start at lock and Chris Robshaw, Neil McMillan and Phil Davies form the back row.

In the backs, Andy Gomarsall captains the side from scrum-half and partners Fijian Waisea Luveniyali at half back.

Tosh Masson and De Wet Barry come together in the centre, with Charlie Amesbury and Epi Taione on the wings.

Saracens v Scarlets - Vicarage Road (15:00)

Owen Farrell, son of double code international Andy, could become the youngest player to play in the Cup and Premiership if he comes off the bench.

Farrell will be 17 years and 11 days and will beat the record held by Wasps Danny Cipriani. He is one of 14 changes made to the side that beat Bristol this week

Academy players Alex Walker, Hayden Smith, Jackson Wray and Mickey Wilson are also on the bench, while 6ft 7in lock Harry Spencer makes his full debut alongside Kris Chesney in the starting line-up.

The Scarlets welcome back skipper and flanker Simon Easterby from injury along with former All Blacks prop Kees Meeuws and lock Simon Maling.

Worcester v London Irish - Sixways (15:00)

Australia legend Chris Latham skippers a Warriors team that will be looking to bounce back from their midweek home defeat by Harlequins.

Charlie Fellows retains his place on the wing while Matthew Jones continues at fly-half after scoring a try against Quins.

London Irish head coach Toby Booth has handed first starts of the season to six players - including England hopeful Shane Geraghty.

James Bailey and James Buckland make their Exiles debuts, while Tomas De Vedia, Geraghty, Dan Murphy and Declan Danaher are named in the starting XV.

Captain Bob Casey leads a strong pack in which he is partnered in the second row by Gary Johnson.
