Swede Mattias Ekstrom beat seven-times Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher to win the Race of Champions for a third time.
The twice DTM touring car champion had already bested new F1 champion Jenson Button on his way to the final at the Bird's Nest stadium.
He beat Schumacher in the first two of three races to clinch another title to add to those he won in 2006 and 2007.
Schumacher teamed up with last season's Formula One runner up Sebastian Vettel to win the Nations Cup for Germany for a third successive year on Tuesday.

All have to say is how good is M Schumacher, every year he puts up a great performance we good results.
Racing against guys that are racing Competitively, the man can just turn up anywhere and be on form.
Thats what you call GREAT.
I didn't eve see any promotion for this.
Last year there was huge hype.
Hardly matters does it-the Swedes are'nt in F1 not good enough...........
John S, the statistics don't lie so if you would like me to graph them in crayons in a manner you can understand I would be happy.
Richard, Is your surname HEAD by any chance , cos you certainly are one
Unless Button had a cheating double diffuser ROC car you couldn't possibly expect him to win.
Mattias is the man ;)
Second time to deny Schumi the honors LOL :D
That was fun to watch. It must be a good feeling to win the ROC, his 3rd time.
