Bradford defender Matthew Clarke has heaped praise on wingers Omar Daley and Joe Colbeck after their star turns at Accrington.The pacy widemen were in inspirational form as the Bantams beat Stanley 2-0 on New Year's Day and Clarke admits he is glad they are on his side.

He said: "We know how horrible it is to be run backwards towards your goal by somebody so quick.

"Having that pace in the side is so important and I thought they were both brilliant.

"It's hard enough in training when they are very quick but it's different in a match situation because there's more space to run into.

"But it's great when you're under the cosh and you have players like that as an outlet who can turn the other team and get them back-pedalling."
