Shrewsbury could be able to call on striker Dave Hibbert for Saturday's trip to Brentford after he returned to light training.Hibbert was forced off the field 50 minutes into the weekend's defeat to Lincoln after being left concussed by a Paul Green challenge.
Head physio Rachel Green told the club's official website: "He came in on Monday and looked a lot better and is doing some jogging under supervision. We've got to make sure that he doesn't start to develop a headache again - it was a severe blow and there is a chance that he could start bleeding or re-bleeding.
"He doesn't have a headache now and has no problems with vision or anything like that. The doctor is coming in to check him out with a view for him to train with the squad on Wednesday."
She added: "Dave will hopefully train and be available for Saturday."
