Jabo Ibehre and Wayne Gray continued to regain match fitness as they both featured in Leyton Orient's reserve encounter with Southampton.Ibehre is returning after an Achilles problem, while Gray is nursing a thigh injury but the pair came through an hour of Orient's reserve clash unscathed.

Both players came off the bench in the draw against rivals Southend last weekend, with Ibehre stealing a point for the O's with the last kick of the game.

Now both players face a race against time in order to be considered for a place in Martin Ling's side to face Tranmere this weekend.
