Terry Butcher has lifted the lid on the pre-match ritual he believes can help Inverness Caledonian Thistle achieve their aims this season.
The new Caley boss - whose second game in charge comes in Saturday's Scottish Cup game against Kilmarnock - gets his players to form a circle with their hands outstretched in the dressing room before kick-off.
"I told them that's our 'circle of unity' - we're all working together," said Butcher, who managed to arrest a run of eight SPL defeats with a goalless draw against Celtic on Sunday. "I want that to be our huddle."
Addressing supporters at a meeting at the Caledonian Stadium on Wednesday night, Butcher also insisted he will not be resting players this weekend, even though his priority is avoiding relegation.
"I'm not into the rotation policy that seems popular elsewhere," he said.
"The more our team plays together, the more confidence they'll grow. It's my intention to play my strongest team in every game. There will be little or no change against Killie.
"This is our chance to reach the quarter-finals and Kilmarnock are a useful side with a good new striker in big Kevin Kyle.
"I sent (youth coach) Alex Cleland to watch them at St Mirren and his feedback is important."
Inverness also have new signings in the shape of Richie Foran and Eric Odhiambo and Butcher added on the club's official website: "Richie Foran and Eric Odhiambo didn't even know where Inverness was - I just told them to catch an easyJet!
"But they both showed signs of what they can do when they're tuned up."
