Cheltenham manager Keith Downing insists nothing less than a mid-table finish in League One will be good enough next season. The Robins manager spoke after he guided his side to League One safety with a 2-1 victory against high-flying Doncaster, thanks to a goal in each half from Steven Gillespie and Paul Connor.
Downing told the Gloucestershire Echo: "I don't want to rest on my laurels and I want to be pushing midtable or challenging for the play-offs.
"I think mid-table is certainly achievable with just a little bit more investment in the football club."
