Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has denied defender Kaspars Gorkss has been granted permission to talk to Queens Park Rangers.Rangers' official website on Friday reported the 26-year-old Latvian international had agreed personal terms with them and that a deal is imminent.
The Football League is currently examining allegations that Rangers made an illegal approach for the Blackpool player, and Oyston has dismissed the latest reports and criticised the Londoners for their conduct in the transfer market.
"We definitely have not given them permission to speak with him," Oyston told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"I'm disappointed once again with the way they've gone about their business."
