SYLVANIA, Ohio (AFP) - South Korea's Yi Eun-jung fired a 10-under 61 to grab the lead after the third round of the 1.4 million dollar LPGA Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic.

"I am very excited today," she said. "I had one eagle, and then eight birdies. My putting was 23, so it's very nice when my putter is always good." Yi rolled in eight birdies and holed out from the fairway for an eagle at No. 10, posting a personal best score on the Tour.

"I think it feels very good, but I didn't know that I shot a 10-under," she said. "I didn't think about it. I just wanted to do my best, so I don't think about the 10-under."

The 21-year-old Yi moved to 18-under 195 and takes a four-shot lead over Kim Song-Hee (64) and American Morgan Pressel (67) into Sunday's fourth round.

"The second round didn't really make me nervous," Kim said. "I didn't really have the confidence in myself, that's for sure. I knew I had a great round on the first day, though I had enough confidence going today, I knew that I could play low today."

Yi's 61 was not a course record on the par-71 Highland Meadows as Paula Creamer shot a 60 in the opening round in 2008. Annika Sorenstam has the only 59 in LPGA Tour history.

Yi looks forward to the challenge of taking the lead into the fourth round.

"I think on this course I can make shots very good, so hopefully more birdies tomorrow. I just have to keep focused. I will do my best tomorrow."
