No, this isn't Sasha Baron Cohen's latest spin off - it's a mini eulogy to Slovenian sprint demon Borut Bozic, who caused an upset at the Vuelta on Friday.

Apart from getting into virtually every breakaway possible, the only accolade belonging to Bozic's team Vacansoleil up until now was the rather dubious honour of being largely responsible for the 40-man pile up in Liege.

But 29-year-old Bozic caught his more established sprinting rivals napping with an early burst to the line in Xativa - pronounced Hativa - to chalk up his first Grand Tour scalp. Chapeau. Now it's sunny, Vacansoleil are beginning to live up to their name.

Meanwhile, Tyler Farrar - a man who makes finishing second look so easy - added a 23rd runners-up berth to his season palmares. Cadel Evans must be getting jealous.

On Saturday we'll get a better idea of who the race's main contenders are with the 30km ITT in Valencia, which finishes at the Spanish Formula One circuit (good thing there are no black riders in the peloton, eh?).

The sweltering temperatures will be the only challenge, mind, for the course is yet again as flat as Beethoven's Eroica Symphony No.3 (in E flat major).

But a race against the clock and the subsequent mountain stages should finally inject a bit of entertainment EPO into proceedings.

Today, David Harmon and Sean Kelly were struggling so much they resorted to talking about Matti Breschel's former career as a model in New York.

Blazin' Saddles' ears piqued. Where could have Matti modelled? In the TK Maxx Christmas catalogue? Macy's Fall collection? Seriously, the guy is hardly an Adonis. There's a bigger gap between Breschel's front teeth than there is in Vino's career between 2007 and 2009.

In fact, if Breschel was travelling on the London Underground and the announcer said "Please mind the gap" everyone would go about as near to the Dane's mouth as they would to a rogue bag lying in the corner of the carriage.

And don't get BS started on his pale complexion, gaunt cheeks and thin lips. Heck, by Breschel's standards, the only thing stopping Michael Rasmussen working at separate outlets of Abercrombie & Fitch in Mexico and Italy is his lack of hair.

But then BS - not renowned for his Blue Steel - may just be jealous. Breschel could well be the peloton's Zoolander. If that's the case, then who's his Hansel?
