Hull midfielder Seyi Olofinjana admits that his international commitments have made it difficult to settle at the club.
The 29-year-old joined the Tigers from Stoke at the beginning of August and has started all four of their Premier League games so far.
However Olofinjana flew out to link up with Nigeria following the draw with Wolves and admits the hectic schedule is not ideal.
"It's a problem when you come to a new club, there's no time to settle down or relax," Olofinjana told the Hull Daily Mail.
"It's a very busy schedule with international football and it tests you mentally.
"You have to tell yourself on a daily basis how important your job is both for your club and your country."
