Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock admits the international break has come round at the right time for his patched-up squad.
Palace have taken an impressive 10 points from their last four games but the injuries are piling up at Selhurst Park.
Warnock hopes to have the likes of Stern John, Freddie Sears, Claude Davis and Victor Moses back in action by the time they face Cardiff in a fortnight.
"We have a two-week break now to get some players back and we are desperate," he said.
"Hopefully in a fortnight we will have three or four players back to give us some depth."
