Trentino BetClic of Italy, Zenit Kazan of Russian and PGE Skra Belchatow of Poland have all booked their places in the Club World Volleyball Championship semi-finals in Doha.
Trentino beat Zenit Kazan of Russia 3-2 on Wednesday to secure their progress from Pool A, and kept their unbeaten record intact on Thursday as they beat Plataneros de Corozal to ensure that they topped the group.
Zenit faced Egyptian side Zamalek Cairo on Thursday in a straight shoot-out for the second qualifying spot in the pool, and turned out easy 3-0 winners to make it to the semis.
In Pool B, Belchatow thrashed Paykan Tehran 3-0 to ensure that they will make it through the group.
Brazilian team Cimed beat home side Al Arabi 3-1 to boost their chances of progressing, though they will need to beat Belchatow on Thursday evening to go into the semis.
