Oldham have completed the signings of Crystal Palace duo Darryl Flahavan and Lee Hills on month-long loan deals.

Both players will go straight into the Latics squad to face Leeds this weekend after Palace gave them permission to play in the FA Cup.

Goalkeeper Flahavan is behind Julian Speroni in the pecking order at Selhurst Park and young left-back Hills is being kept out of the first team by Clint Hill.

"This move is beneficial for both parties," said Eagles boss Neil Warnock.
