Leeds United will bolster their squad with the signing of striker Dean Morgan from League One rivals Luton Town.
Morgan, 24, who has been on loan with Southend United for the past month in a bid to ease cash-strapped Luton's wage bill, scored twice in their 5-2 FA Cup third round win over Dagenham & Redbridge.
And he is excited about his move to Dennis Wise's team.
"Leeds have agreed a fee with Luton and I should be agreeing personal terms on Monday," Morgan said.
"They are a massive club and this is a massive opportunity for me.
"To be honest, I should have performed better in the games that I played in, so to sign off with two goals [in the Cup] was good."
Morgan's transfer fee, which has been vastly reduced after Luton fell into administration, is expected to be around the £30,000 mark.
Morgan is one of three players expected to sign for Leeds in the next 48 hours.
Stoke midfielder Peter Sweeney, who has been in free-scoring form in a loan spell with Walsall, will join for £100,000 while Birmingham midfielder Neil Kilkenny will make his loan permanent for £500,000.
