Wed 06 Feb, 04:15 PM

Striker Leon Clarke feels there is "enough quality" in the Sheffield Wednesday squad to get themselves out of relegation trouble this year. The 22-year-old saw a move to Southend fall through in January having been on loan at Roots Hall earlier this season.

And now the former Wolves frontman is keen to help the Owls move away from the relegation zone.

"I am back here now and have to do the best for the team. I have been involved, I'm fit and now I just have to keep working hard to try and help the boys out," he told the club's official website.

"We need to dig in and get out of the mess we have got ourselves into but we have got enough quality in the squad.

"It is a difficult situation we are in now and as a group we have to rally round each other and work hard."
