Goulding expecting tough February

Jeff Goulding is anticipating a make-or-break month for Cheltenham.

The striker, who has forced his way back into the Robins side in recent weeks, believes how Cheltenham perform in February could mould the rest of their season.

Clashes with promotion-chasers Crawley, Torquay and Burton, as well as difficult trips to Hereford and Dagenham, await Goulding & Co. And the forward stressed how important the next four weeks will be to the Whaddon Road outfit.

"We just look game by game. If we do manage to win every game then we'll go up," he told Press Association Sport.

"We do look at fixtures each month and say we should get this there and this here, but really we're looking game by game.

"We've got a lot of fixtures coming up and it's going to be a tough February but at the end of it we'll know a lot more what the final table is going to look like. We're playing a lot of the top teams and there are some big midweek games. We're looking forward to it."
