Latics hoping for Furman boost

Oldham captain Dean Furman faces a late fitness test ahead of the re-arranged trip to Stevenage.

Midfielder Furman has been ruled out of the Latics' last three matches with a knee injury and will be assessed ahead of the clash, which was put back due to Boro's FA Cup exploits.

Striker Reuben Reid remains on the sidelines with a thigh injury, while 19-year-old centre-back James Tarkowski is poised to start at the heart of defence in Zander Diamond's (hip) absence.
