Luke O'Brien is set for his Exeter debut at Bournemouth on Tuesday.
The full-back arrived at St James Park from Bradford on transfer deadline day and could slot straight into the Grecians' starting XI following the sale of Scott Golbourne to Barnsley.
O'Brien will compete with Billy Jones for the left-back position at Dean Court, and manager Paul Tisdale otherwise has a fully-fit squad at his disposal.
After extending his loan from Reading by a further month, Jake Taylor is set to start in attack, while Liam Sercombe has recovered from injury.
Midfielder Sercombe could come back into the side in place of Scot Bennett, as Exeter go to Dorset chasing their first victory - and their first goal - in four npower League One matches.
