Rochdale boss Keith Hill has been frustrated in his attempts to sign new players but says there is sufficient talent already at the club.Dale's play-off bid has been severely undermined in recent weeks following the departure of striker Glenn Murray and a dismal run of five straight home defeats.
However, they remain in contention to finish within the play-off places and Hill insists he has every faith in his promising young squad.
"Most of our fans can see we are developing a squad for the future," he said.
"People keep asking me if we are bringing players in, but we can't get the ones we feel would help develop the squad right now.
"We are still in a healthy position and we are nurturing a squad for the future - we are nowhere near our end destination yet."
