Oldham Athletic have been dealt a blow after on-loan midfielder David Livermore was ruled out of the next three fixtures through injury. The on-loan Hull man sustained a hip injury during training which forced him to miss the midweek defeat against Hartlepool.
Livermore, 27, has so far made seven appearances for the Latics and recently extended his loan period for a further month.
A statement from Oldham said: "The results show damage to Livermore's hip flexor, ruling him out for up to two weeks and therefore out of the next three games at least."
Livermore will miss this weekend's home clash with Tranmere, the visit of Bournemouth and the trip to Luton.
The loss of Livermore is another blow to the Latics after on-loan Sheffield United striker Jordan Robertson returned to Bramall Lane after sustaining ankle ligament damage against Hartlepool.
