Money calls for large Banks's crowd

Thu 06 Mar, 01:15 PM

Walsall boss Richard Money is hoping for a large crowd against Northampton when the Saddlers play a home fixture for the first time in a month.Walsall have had three away games since beating Yeovil 2-0 at the Banks's Stadium on February 9.

Money has called for Saddlers supporters to turn out in force and help the club maintain their push for promotion.

"On the back of two good away wins, I hope to see a big attendance at the weekend to cheer us on," said Money.

"This is a good opportunity for us to cement our place in the top six, but it won't be easy as Northampton are in decent form and still have play-off aspirations of their own.

"Now is the time to really push on and maintain the high standards that we have set ourselves, and the fans can help with that."
