Lincoln City defender Lee Ridley is a major doubt for the Imps' trip to Saltergate to face Chesterfield on Friday evening.Iffy Onuora, who will take charge of his first game in Peter Jackson's absence, will also be without the suspended Mark Stallard and injured pair Lee Frecklington and Gary Croft.

Ridley strained his hamstring in training this week and may undergo a late fitness test.

If the former Scunthorpe full-back fails to make it, Onuora is expected to switch Paul Green to the left-side of defence and bring in Nat Brown at right-back.

Striker Stallard will sit out the second of a three-game ban, Frecklington is nursing an ankle injury and Croft is working his way back from a calf strain.

Ryan Amoo (knee) also remains sidelined as Lincoln chase their seventh win in their last eight league matches.
