Bury loan star Efe Sodje will speak to manager Alan Knill about the possibility of a permanent move to Gigg Lane from relegated Gillingham.The veteran Nigeria defender, 35, still has 18 months remaining on his contract at Priestfield.

Sodje said: "I will be speaking to the gaffer over the week and we will see what happens.

"It's 50-50 at the moment because I still have an 18-month contract with Gillingham so I will just have to see what happens there."
